Hearing God in the middle of our lives isn't easy. We have to remove the noise around us in order to have honest communication with God. When we place our phones on silent we silence the noise, it pushes away the constant distractions to focus on what matters.
This has to be true for our spiritual life, to hear distinctly what God is saying we have to learn to remove the constant distractions that prevent us from hearing God’s voice.
