PASTOR APPRECIATION MONTH
October is Pastor Appreciation Month - a time for us as a church family to celebrate and honour the incredible pastors and ministry staff who lead, serve, and pour so faithfully into our community. On behalf of the Church Board, we want to express our deep gratitude for their dedication, wisdom, and care.
Their leadership and love for people make a lasting impact on our church, and we are truly blessed by each of them. We encourage you to join us in showing appreciation throughout the month in creative and meaningful ways - whether through a note of encouragement, a thoughtful gift, or simply taking a moment to say “thank you.”
Most importantly, let’s keep our pastors and their families in prayer, asking God to strengthen, refresh, and bless them as they continue to lead and serve with such faithfulness.

OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD SHOEBOXES
OCC Shoeboxes are a valued part of our combined generosity as we head into the Christmas season. Starting this Sunday, October 26th, there will be a table in the foyer for you to collect an empty shoebox to fill.
Each box is a simple yet powerful way to share love and hope with children around the world who might not otherwise receive a gift this Christmas. You’re encouraged to include small toys, school supplies, hygiene items, and a personal note to make each box extra special.
The collection date for all filled shoeboxes is Sunday, November 16th. Together, we can make a meaningful impact and bring joy to those in need this Christmas season!

We know that it can be so easy to miss out on attending church because of the inconveniences that arise as a student. This is a free transportation service for students/families/individuals who live near or on Memorial Campus.

The Church APP
This is a GREAT time to download and begin using the Church Centre App. When you install the app, you will be prompted to search for a church.
Once you add Bethesda within the app, you will be able to access features such as: Registration for gatherings and events, our small group directory, check-in options, and more. Also, we are excited to be adding other features in the future!
Once you have the app installed, please log in using the same info you would if you've registered for attending church in-person this past year.
Please take a few minutes to ensure your profile and family information are fully updated. For example, add your birthdates, address, etc.* This is especially helpful to our team in contacting and serving you.
*Please note that this information remains private between yourself and the church staff.
